PRE BOOKING for Galaxy S7 & S7 Edge Terms & Conditions:

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces a pre-book offer on Galaxy S7 (“Device”).

2. The pre-book offer shall be available from 8th March to 17th March 2016.

3. You can pre-book the Device both Online and Offline. The online booking can be done on Samsung India e-store i.e. www.samsungindiaestore.com (“e-store”) whereas the offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores (“Outlet”).

4. Only one Product can be pre booked against one mobile number. The Customer has to use the same mobile number with which the pre-booking was done to activate the Product. All customers should have registered with the same mobile number for a minimum period of 7 (seven) days from the date of inserting the SIM in first SIM slot for the first time. In case any other mobile number is used customer will not be eligible to receive the benefits of the Offer.

5. Pre–booking Device on e-store:

1. If you are pre-booking the Device on Samsung e-store, you will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on the e-store during the period 8th March to 17th March 2016.
2. The price of the Device as listed on e-store shall be inclusive of all taxes.
3.  While pre-booking you will have to fill in the details without which your booking will be incomplete. The details are your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number and color of the Device.
4.  Once you pre-book the Device you will receive notification vide SMS / email confirming your registration.
5.  Your Device will be dispatched after 18th March 2016 and you will be notified for the same.
6. The delivery may take 3-5 business days, depending upon your geographical location, where the Device has to be delivered.
7.  The shipping of the Device will be subject to availability of stocks.
8.  In order to receive the free gift the customer shall have to activate the Device by 7th April 2016 failing which the customer shall not be eligible for the offer.

6. In case of pre-booking through e-store Samsung India Electronics Pvt Limited will not be responsible or liable for supply of the Device as the same is being sold by Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Savex”) respectively:

1. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
2. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
3.  Any late transmissions or entries;
4.  Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
5. Any delay, damage, non receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
6. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
7. Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances.

7. Pre-booking Device at select Samsung Stores (“Outlet”):

1. To pre-book the Device at the Samsung authorized stores (“Outlet”) you have to do the registration via the Pre-book app available with the Samsung promoters at the respective Outlets and make a payment of INR 2000/- during 8th March to 17th March 2016.
2. While pre-booking you will have to enter some of your details such as your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number and color of the Device.
3. Once you pre-book the Device you will receive notification from Samsung on your mobile number registered in the pre-book app, confirming your registration. 
4. After pre-booking you have to purchase and activate the Device by way of making the payment through credit card, debit card, net-banking or cash at the Outlet on or before 31st March 2016.
5. If the transaction (i.e. purchase and activation of the Device) is not complete on or before 31st March 2016 your transaction shall stand cancelled and you will not be eligible for the pre-book offer.
6. In case of failure of transaction, you may collect the refund of the pre-book amount of INR 2,000/-, from the respective retailer/dealer. Samsung shall not be liable for any claims or liabilities for the refund.

8. Once the customer receives/collects the Device he/she will have to follow the process given hereunder to redeem the free Gear VR. The Process to redeem Free Gear VR is as under:

1. Download “My Galaxy” application from Google Play Store using the same mobile number which was entered into either the pre-book app or the Samsung e-Store while pre-booking the Device.
2. If you are already enrolled to the program with the same mobile number, sign in with the existing details.
3. Fresh enrolment/sign in to My Galaxy must happen by 30th April 2016 failing which you will not be eligible for the offer.
4. Registration & sign up on My Galaxy to be done with same mobile with which pre booking and activation was done. In case any other mobile number is used you will not be eligible to avail the offer.
5. Offer will be visible in My Galaxy app from 4th Day after activation. Post registering / signing up in the My Galaxy, you can generate your coupon.
6. Coupon will be valid for one time use only against redemption of Gear VR.
7. Coupon can be redeemed on www.samsungindiaestore.com only, on or before 30th April 2016.
8. The shipping of Gear VR will happen within 90 days from 18th March 2016 onwards

9. By doing the pre booking and availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of Offer.
